My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were not only comfortable but also offered an excellent view of downtown Columbia. However, some parts felt outdated and could use a refresh. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants. The dining experience, while not perfect, was satisfactory. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel's rooms may be starting to show their age, but it's a great property overall. Double-booking with a competitor was a slight inconvenience, but the room was surprisingly nice and clean, despite an old carpet.
